  My mother had her beloved cat brought here for cremation and they did such a lovely thoughtful job preserving Lilys memory after cremation. My mother was very touched by all of the sweet little details . It certainly gave her a bit of closure during a difficult time.

  Paws and Remember has a very caring staff which is very compassionate at a very difficult time. I've been very satisfied with Paws and Remember, having been a client since 2006.

  Their service is excellent however I had to call 411 to get a Richmond phone number. Please remedy on your website to make your business more user-friendly. The number may be retrievable from one your social network sites however not everyone chooses to belong to any of them.

  Very helpful staff. Family dog died a couple days ago and we took her here to be cremated.

  My pet Jay died after 18 years. My son Joshua took him over to Loving Pet Crematory. 7 days later Jay ashes was sent to me in a beautiful brown box with his name and 1998-2016 on it also with paws awwwwwww!!! I opened the book and his fur was placed in it. I also received a ornament with his paw print on it I cried. The note sent from Jay took me over the edge. I want to say Thank you Loving Pet Crematory for all you all did for Jay it was wonderful thanks again.

  Thank you for being there for us during such a difficult and heartbreaking time in our lives. We called on a Sunday morning and DeeDee met us within an hour. She was kind, supportive, compassionate and treated our dog with loving respect. We couldn't have asked for more. Thank you.
